Returns & Exchanges
No refunds and no exchanges after purchase, if an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturing we will exchange the item or refund. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be exchanged. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or refund on any defective item.

Return Process
Exchanges on defective items can be initiated by sending an email to Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Items which are rejected to be exchanged will be mailed back to you within 7 business days. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to account with Declare, within 7 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
